Meredith also gave us comprehensive town tours (especially of Montclair), because at first we were unsure where exactly we wanted to live. As first time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and Meredith helped answer them by teaching us about the process and how to best evaluate the towns and houses. She also guided us through the process of making (many) offers until we finally were successful, encouraging us throughout the process to stick it out and not lose hope or get discouraged.
